What is Happening

A meeting of the War Decorated Trust was held on Thursday at Chandigarh. The following Trustees were present:

1. Annual meeting of the executing committee along with some special invitees will be held on 9-10 Dec 2013. The following is planned to be discussed:

2. Review issues discussed at the Triennial National Convention-cum-Reunion - 2013.

3. Suggestions for progressing cases related to monetary allowances and other benefits with the Central/State governments and the Defence Headquarters.

4. Need for Legal Advice to progress cases and projection to the seventh central pay commission.

5. Availability of funds to the War Decorated India and their utilisation.

6. Suggestions to improve the War Decorated India website: www.twdi.in

7. Additional points received from the executive committee members.

8. Any other points with the permission of the Chair
